By using the Otpify application ("App"), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or by accessing or using the App, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• (a) you are at least 13 years old;
• (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the App;
• (c) your registration and your use of the App comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

4. User Account

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an Otpify account (an "Account") by logging in with your Google account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, whether or not you authorized that activity.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium, including automated or non-automated "scraping".
• Using automated systems such as "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers" to access the App.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the App.
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose (at our sole discretion), an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Using the App for unlawful purposes or in connection with unlawful activities.

Camera Access Clarification

• The App may request access to your device's camera solely to allow you to take a new profile photo in the Otpify application.
• Granting camera permission is not mandatory.
• You may use your device's gallery instead.
• Camera access is never used in the background or for any other purpose.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All design elements, trademarks, service marks, and logos of the App ("Marks") are owned by or licensed to Otpify and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

The App is provided to you AS IS solely for your personal use.

7. Modification of Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you by posting updated Terms in the App or by sending an email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Termination may result in the deletion of your Account and all associated data.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Otpify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• (i) your use of or access to the App,
• (ii) your violation of these Terms,
• (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, property, or privacy rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country in which Otpify is primarily operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
